Privacy Policy
How ElitePacer handles your information.
This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
Effective: 15 October 2026
1. Who we are
ElitePacer operates elitepacer.com and its race-planning resources. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@elitepacer.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Your first name and email address when you request the checklist or join an email sequence.
- The date and time of your consent.
- Information you include when you email support or reply to an ElitePacer message.
Funnel and delivery information
- Campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term when present.
- The referring page, delivery status, number of sequence emails sent, and unsubscribe status.
Technical information
Our site and hosting provider may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, request timestamps, and server logs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. The signup system uses short-lived hashed identifiers to rate-limit repeated submissions; it does not add the raw IP address to the subscriber record.
Optional runner research
If you choose to take part, we store the answers you submit, questionnaire version, submission time, selected thank-you resource and download-request count. You may skip the questions. Honest criticism or no interest in buying does not affect the gift. Research participation is separate from checklist access and marketing consent.
If you separately permit research contact, we store your email and the time of that permission. An email address entered only for a requested backup PDF is used for that delivery and is not added to the marketing list. Delivery services may retain operational email logs.
3. How we use information
- Deliver the requested PDF and related race-execution emails.
- Record and honor consent, unsubscribe requests, and suppression preferences.
- Reply to support and privacy requests.
- Understand which campaigns bring visitors to the signup page.
- Protect the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain service reliability.
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent to send the checklist and nurture emails. We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, keep appropriate delivery records, and respond to ordinary service requests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already completed.
5. Service providers and sharing
We use WordPress and Hostinger infrastructure to host the site, store subscriber records, and send email. LiteSpeed technology may be used for caching and performance. Google Analytics is an optional measurement provider, described in section 9. These providers process information to deliver services to ElitePacer. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with data brokers.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We will update this policy before introducing a materially different analytics, advertising, or payment provider.
6. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and provider safeguards. Contact us if you want more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
7. Retention
- Active subscriber records are generally kept until you unsubscribe or for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, whichever is appropriate for the purpose.
- Limited suppression information may be retained longer when necessary to honor an unsubscribe request and prevent future marketing email.
- Rate-limit identifiers expire after approximately 15 minutes for an email address and one hour for an IP-based counter.
- Support messages and server logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, security, legal, and operational purposes.
For optional runner research, contact details are removed after 90 days from submission and individual responses after 180 days by the site’s scheduled cleanup. Scheduled cleanup depends on WordPress processing its scheduled tasks. You may request earlier deletion. Aggregate findings without identifying details may be retained longer. We use responses for product research with your permission and contact you for research only if you separately agree.
8. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe through the link in any nurture email. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; receive a portable copy; and complain to a data-protection authority.
Send a request to support@elitepacer.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
9. Cookies and analytics
We use necessary site and operational technologies to run and protect the website. If you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, campaign sources and interactions such as form starts, validation errors, accepted signups and PDF download clicks. The Google tag is not loaded before Analytics consent. Analytics consent is separate from checklist and email consent; rejecting Analytics does not prevent you from requesting the checklist.
After consent, Google may process browser and device information, page interactions and first-party Analytics cookie identifiers. We do not send the name or email you type in the form, or your unsubscribe token, to Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this implementation. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your Analytics preference is stored on your device for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. You can change your choice through Privacy settings on the website. Withdrawing consent stops further Analytics loading and clears the first-party Analytics cookies accessible to the website; it does not undo processing already completed. Google may process information internationally as described in section 6.
Necessary research cookies
The feedback page uses a necessary receipt cookie, ep_research_receipt, for up to 30 days so the same browser can retrieve its selected gift. A cookie check, ep_rs_cookie_test, lasts up to seven days. These do not provide marketing consent. Clearing cookies removes browser access to the saved gift; save the PDF after download. You can delete your survey response through the feedback page while your receipt remains available, or contact support for assistance. Survey answers, email addresses and receipt tokens are not sent to Analytics. With Analytics consent, we may measure survey invitations, starts, submissions, skips, gift selection and download clicks.
9a. Optional Meta advertising measurement
When you choose Advertising in Privacy settings, our website tracking can use Meta Pixel to measure page visits, newly accepted planner requests and checkout-button clicks, and to support advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including showing ElitePacer ads to website visitors. This choice is separate from Google Analytics, planner and email consent, research participation and purchasing. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent access to planners or checkout.
Meta may receive browser and device information, the page address, event information and advertising identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not intentionally include form names, email addresses, survey answers, unsubscribe tokens or private delivery receipts in these event parameters. Meta may process information internationally and use it under its own policies. See Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy.
Our Advertising preference is stored on your device for up to 180 days. You can reject optional tracking or change your selection through Privacy settings. Withdrawal stops future advertising events from our integration and removes accessible first-party Meta cookies; it does not undo information already received by Meta. For a newly accepted contact who agreed to Advertising before submitting, a random one-use receipt may be held on our server and in a secure browser cookie for up to two minutes to prevent duplicate Lead measurement. This receipt contains no contact details and is not an email-delivery token.
Website and hosted-checkout tracking are separate configurations. Advertising measurement inside the Lemon Squeezy checkout will be enabled only after its consent behavior is checked. Purchase events and server-side Conversions API are not currently verified as active. We will update this disclosure when those integrations are enabled.
9b. Purchases through Lemon Squeezy
Paid PDF checkout, payment processing, receipts and buyer downloads are provided through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. When you follow a buy link, you leave our website for its hosted checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes the information you supply there under its Privacy Policy. We receive order information needed to administer purchases, support and refunds. Do not send card numbers or security codes to ElitePacer support.
10. Children
ElitePacer is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including access controls, input validation, rate limiting, and protected administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised date on this page and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your choices.
