Endurance performance involves uncertainty and risk. ElitePacer does not guarantee a finish time, personal best, injury prevention, symptom prevention, race completion, or any other outcome.

5. Your responsibilities

• Use your own judgment and follow event rules and official safety instructions.
• Do not use our materials to ignore symptoms or replace professional care.
• Test race-day choices during appropriate training and avoid introducing unfamiliar products or practices without suitable preparation.
• Provide accurate information when you request a download or contact support.
• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse it.

6. License and intellectual property

ElitePacer grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our free materials for personal, non-commercial use. You may print copies for yourself. You may not sell, repackage, publicly distribute, remove branding from, or create commercial derivative products from our content without written permission.

When you explicitly consent, we may send the requested checklist and practical race-execution emails. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in an email. Operational replies to a support or privacy request may still be sent when necessary to complete that request.
